The Lucy Daniels Center has received a $5,000 grant from Caterpillar Foundation to support Lucy’s Book Club, which will help provide educational programming to support healthy development for children in the Triangle region and build their literacy skills. Follow the link for more information.
Urban Ministries of Wake County has received a grant from the Duke Energy Foundation in the amount of $9,750 to expand its Open Door Clinic, which aims to serve as many as 1,600 low-income patients by the end of next year.
